Apply for EU-PH Green Economy Partnership Startup Accelerator Program for Green Entrepreneurs
Applications are still open until 15 June 2025 for the flagship Greenpreneurs Philippines Accelerator Program implemented by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) in collaboration with Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) Impact Partners and funded by the European Union under the EU-PH Green Economy Partnership.
The program targets Philippines-based Circular and Green Economy startups that are driving sustainable solutions and making a positive impact and aims to mobilize investment and accelerate the growth of high-potential circular and green economy startups to drive sustainable development and climate resilience.
To implement this initiative, GGGI has engaged Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) as the technical partner. IIX will design a mentoring, acceleration program and shortlist the top enterprises for deeper engagement. Outstanding startups will be selected for a comprehensive mentorship and acceleration program, including curated investor outreach, technical assistance, and capital raise support.
This initiative provides tailored business support, expert-led capacity building, and access to a powerful network of strategic investors and partners at no cost to participating enterprises. It also includes a national investment matchmaking and networking event to connect startups with investors, ecosystem players, and policy stakeholders, and will culminate in the development of the Greenpreneurs Innovation Fund to unlock catalytic capital for future green enterprises.
The program is suited for Philippine enterprises focusing on circular and green economy solutions in the following sectors:
Applying enterprises should be financially-viable and scalable, with good market demand and measurable contribution to environmental and social goals aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). They must also demonstrate social inclusivity, with a leader that has strategic vision, execution capacity, and financial readiness.
The program application and shortlisting process will run until October 2025, with the program kickoff to begin on November 2025.
