Get to know our speakers:

  • Tsvetomir Svilenov is a Project Manager at the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines, where he works on green investments, energy, environment, and regional connectivity. He brings nearly 20 years of professional experience, including over 13 years at the European Commission, with a strong focus on sustainable investment and environmental policy, supporting the EU’s green priorities in the Philippines.
  • Ma. Corazon Halili‑Dichosa is the Executive Director of the Board of Investments – Industry Development Services (BOI‑IDS) of the Philippines. She oversees industry development and promotion, investment and operational policies, environmental matters, and industry‑related negotiations, and serves on several national governing and advisory bodies. She is a seasoned career executive with 30 years of public service in Philippine industry and investment policy.
  • Meg Santos is the ECCP Environment & Water Chair, as well as the Head of Sustainability and Assistant Vice President at Nestlé Philippines, where she leads the company’s sustainability strategy and implementation across operations and the supply chain. She works to reduce environmental impact and integrate sustainable practices into manufacturing and product development, aligning local action with global sustainability goals. She brings over a decade of experience in sustainability, manufacturing, and the circular economy.
  • Charlotte Bandelow is the Deputy Executive Director and Head of Trade Promotion at AHK Philippinen / German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI), bringing over a decade of experience in advising German companies on market entry and leading public export promotion programs. With her German‑Filipino background, she has successfully implemented more than 28 delegation trips and built strong cooperation formats at the state and federal level.
  • Sebastian Kastner works with GIZ Philippines under the EU-PH Green Economy Partnership, serving as Stakeholder Manager for Europe. He supports collaboration between European partners and Philippine counterparts and brings extensive experience in implementing international development programmes. He joined GIZ in 2010 and has worked across multiple thematic areas relevant to sustainable economic development.
